Quite a few daily deal sites have been putting out discounted vacations at unique destinations in the Lone Star State. Feel like getting away? Here’s where to go:

Hill Country Getaway – pay just $298 for a two-night stay at the gorgeous Serenity Farmhouse Inn in Wimberley. You’ll stay in a country cottage, bedecked with a canopy bed and vintage linens, and enjoy the quiet. This price is for a weekday stay; pay $398 for a weekend stay, which also includes free appetizers at a nearby restaurant, Saturday morning breakfast and a Sunday 4-course champagne breakfast. Stay by March 1, 2012.

Historic Texas – pay $199 for a 2-night stay for two at the Magnolia Street Inn, in Palestine, near Tyler. As a welcome gift, you’ll get a dozen red roses, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a bottle of wine or champagne. You’ll also receive a gourmet in-room breakfast for two on the morning of your choice. Sounds like a great way to enjoy the Piney Woods area! Stay by Aug. 31, 2012.

Enjoy the Riverwalk – pay $179 for 1 night in a luxury hotel on the San Antonio Riverwalk. They’re not revealing the name of the hotel, but they do say it will be a “4-star hotel in a prime location.” (In the past, aDealio has featured the Emily Morgan Hotel in deals like this.) You’ll also get a $100 restaurant gift certificate so you can enjoy local eateries. Stay by March 31, 2012.
