Flying Saucer Beer Fest Discounts Are Back

A few weeks ago, the Flying Saucer was offering $5 off advance tickets to their Beerfeast, happening on Saturday, Oct. 8 in Sundance Square. The discount ended, but another one just started! Visit the ticketing website and use the code FEAST5OFF to get your discount. Tickets are normally $25, so $20 with the discount.

The fest will feature over 40 craft beers, some of which will be rare tappings available the day of the festival only. $25 ticket includes a commemorative glass and choice of 10 beer samples. German bratwurst, Bavarian pretzels, brews by the pint and soft drinks will also be available for sale.

Online ticket purchasing is only available until Oct. 1, so buy soon!

Fall Harvest Festival at Calloway’s Nursery

PhotobucketStop by your local Calloway’s Nursery this Saturday, Oct. 1 beginning at 9 a.m. for a free Fall Harvest Festival. Each store will be filled to the brim with pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks, hay bales, scare crows and beautiful fall colors for your garden. Plus, there are lots of activities for the kiddos, including:

  • pumpkin decorating
  • tin can planting creative creation
  • bounce house fun
  • chalk garden artist endeavors
  • popcorn and fun all day!

Plus, each store will also have a Mad Science presentation at a specific time during the day. This spectacular science-themed show is designed to amaze and entertain young audiences of any age.
