Friday, April 27 through Sunday, April 29 is Art in the Square, a weekend-long celebration in Southlake Town Square. At this free event, you’ll be able to browse fine art from more than 140 jury-selected artists, from photography to jewelry and sculpture. There’s also a full lineup of live entertainment on two stages. At the Kids Korner, children can take part in a variety of activities, including sugar art, face painting and colored hair spray. There’s also The Zone, another youth-oriented area with bounce houses, bungee attractions and a rock-climbing wall. (Zone activities require tickets.)
Find directions, maps and parking info here. Hours of the festival are 4-10:30 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Artist booths close at 9 p.m.
